WITH the weekend weather taking its toll on many fixtures, the quartet of Glasnevin teams in action yesterday ALL recorded wins.
Two goals from Graham Treacy secured the points for our Senior Sunnday boys away to Seafordrock United in Blackrock. The lads rode their luck a bit but remain in contention for league honours.
Our U8s travelled to Marino to play in the non-competitive league and proverd too strong for the opposition. Nathan Fox, Barra O'Reilly, Harvey Caswell, Luke Devine and Ruadhan Casey were all on the scoresheet..
Our U10B side made it two wins out of two after promotion at Christmas with an emphatic 4-0 victory over Cabinteely on the all-weather in DCU. The scorers here were Taylor Connolly (2), Adam Cunningham and Carl Wright.
And finally our U11A1 side made the journey southside to take on Leicester Celtic. Goals from captain Kyle Hayden and Eoin Barrett saw then home 2-1 in a tough encounter. Well done to all.
